Minutes of the 88th Regular Meeting

88^th Regular meeting of the Rotary Club of Gulshan Tigers for the Rotary Year 2022-23 was held on Saturday, 17^th July 2023 at 7:30 pm at Galesia Hotel & Resort Ltd. Banani, Dhaka

1. Attendees:President, Rtn Jasim Uddin FCMA, PE Md Rifat Amin, IPP Rtn. A Z M Abu Zafor Roman, Rtn. Md. Ibrahim Bhuyan, Rtn. Sayedul Hassan RFSM, Rtn. Ariful Islam Nayan, Rtn Shamanta Afrin, Rtn Mamunur Rashid PHF, Rtn Nazmul Karim PHF, Rtn. Kazi Sabbir Marshal, Rtn Abu Bakar Siddique Razu RFSM
2. The President, Rtn Jasim Uddin called the meeting to order and presided over the meeting.
3. Rtn Ariful Islam Nayon recite from Holy Quran
4. All the members & guests participate the national anthem in chorus
5. Rtn Nazmul Karim led the Rotary Invocation.
6. Introduce Visiting Guest- The President warmly greeted Assistant Governor Moshiur Rahman and Deputy Governor Mamunur Rohman, Guest name ….

6. President Rtn Jasim Uddin briefly describe the overall club activities, projects meeting outgoing year of 2022-23 Rotary Club of Gunshan Tigers has done 10 service projects in the said Rotary year are as follows:

Project-1: Fellowship with the unique stars @ SOS Children’s village

Project-2: Interacting with the visually Impaired Children.

Project-3: Stationery item distribution to Daily Ten School

Project-4: Free Cleft Surgery Mission: local club support

Project-5: Support to Health Survival

Project-6: 8 projects jointly by 10 clubs in SOS children’s village

Project-7: RCC Women Entrepreneurship Development Project.

Project-8: Free Dental Camp for Visually Impaired Children

Project-9: National Children Day Celebrate & Community Support

Project-10: Granting scholarships to deserving, low-income youngsters

He also mention the large number of Rotarians are participated in the District program from RC Gulshan Tigers in his discussion.

7. President Jasim Uddin give the President’s Recognition award to the Rotarians who have well contribute the club during the last year they are – IPP Rtn. A Z M Abu Zafor Roman, PE Rtn. Md Rifat Amin, Rtn. Md. Ibrahim Bhuyan, Rtn. Kazi Sabbir Marshal,

President also give the President’s Recognition award to the Assistant Governor Moshiur Rahman & Deputy Governor Mamunur Rahman.

8. Rtn Mamunur Rashid achieved the PHF Certificate, and the President presented it to him while donning the Rotary pin and then Rtn Mamunur Rashid delivered his short speech.

9. Rtn Sabbier Marshal deliver a short speech

10. Deputy Governor Mamunur Rahman deliver his speech about Rotary activities. During his speech he willingly show his interest to be a horary member of Gulshan Tigers.

11. Rtn Abu Bakar Siddique Razu deliver his speech.

12.  The Rotary pin was worn by President Rtn Jasim Uddin during the induction of Chandro Shekhor Gosh as a new member.

13. Then they gave speeches one by one PP Rtn. Sayedul Hassan RFSM, Asst, Governor Moshiur Rahman, PE Rtn Rifiat Amin.
