Decisions taken:
1. Keep only the active members (26) in the RI list and members who clear
their dues will be added later on.
2. Increase the membership fees @tk500 per half yearly to cover the exchange
rate and increased district dues.
3. Take the oath by Chartered President during the 1st regular meeting.
4. A year plan summery had been presented by the Secretary of the club. The
discussion stands on – the year will be run through considering Rotary 7 area
of focus, Rotary 4 way test, increasing club members fellowship & idea-
problem sharing practice, regular training, focusing members professional
exposure, capacity building of team work etc. The Team RCGT also will
build a smooth collaboration between RCC Teuta, Rotaract club of Gulshan
Tigers & Interact club of Gulshan Tigers. Also have a consideration to
extend the community development project to Daundi Tea Garden area to
create some unique stories.
5. The 1st regular meeting will be started by the president then IPP will hand
over the color, then Oath for Club official will be conducted byChartered
President. IPP will get 10 minutes only for discussion about last year
projects, Rtn. Masud Hosen will take 10 minutes only to describe
membership on Rotary. Secretary will brief about Planning. After submitting
Vote of thanks by a senior member, the meeting will be adjourned with a
Concluding remarks by the President,.
6. On any other issues Mr. Masud Hosen suggested to collect the member
entertainment participation fees before one day from the meeting.
The meeting was ended by giving vote of thanks by the President for everyone’s
active participation.
