| Meeting Minutes | |
| 1. | President Rtn. Jasim Uddin welcomes every member and started the meeting. Then call Rtn Mahinur Rahman to recite holy Quran. |
| 2. | The National Anthem was led by Rtn Masud Hossen. |
| 3. | The Rotary Invocation was led by Rtn Md Nazibul Islam. |
| 4. | All members introduce themselves. |
| 5. | The president presents a report of 6 months of his tenure and requested the members to approve the report and also to approve the audited financial report 2021-2022. After some discussion members approved both of the reports. |
| 6. | The President declares the IPP as the Election Commissioner to form the new board of 2023-2024 and hand over the call to the election commissioner Rtn A Z M Roman Siddique after a flower reception ceremony. |
| 7. | Election Commissioner Rtn A Z M Roman Siddique welcomes every member and brief on the election agenda. He called again for the nomination from the members for the posts of Board 2023-2024. After the response from the members he started to declare the board. |
| 8. | With the proposal from Rtn Kazi Sabbir Marshal and support from Rtn. Masud Hossen, the EC declared Rtn. Anwar Parvez Chowdhury as the President Elect of 2023-2024. All member appreciate the declaration. |
| 9. | Then Election Commissioner declare the board 2023-2024 to the Members and all members unanimously support the board. |
| 10. | The election commissioner Rtn A Z M Roman Siddique handed over the call to the President. |
| 11. | President call the meeting again and invite Past President Saidur Rahman to say something. PP delivered his speech and congratulate the new board. |
| 12. | New President Elect 2023-2024 (President Nominee) Rtn Anwar Parvez Chowdhury place his gratitude to all members and request for the warm support from all. |
| 13. | Then President Nominee was congratulated by a flower bouquet. |
| 14. | President Elect Rtn. Rifat Amin was invited by the president to say something and he offered a formal welcome speech to his new Board and congratulate every new board member for showing their greatness to work with him and also he thanks all the members of the club for supporting him. In his speech he also presents a brief of his year plan & presidential policy or strategy. |
| 15. | Vice President Mamunur Rashid also delivered his short speech and he had honored by a crest of the project of ‘Ovijan’ and also honored by a Rotary Pin by Rtn Mahiuddin Polash. |
| 16. | Honorable club member Rtn G M Sharif also delivered a short speech and he had honored by a crest of the project of ‘Ovijan’. |
| 17. | Joint Bulletin Editor Rtn. Jimi Amir, Honorable club member Rtn. Mahinur Rahman also delivered their short speech to the meeting. |
| 18. | Honorary Member PP A K M Mahiuddin Palash, PHF delivered his valuable speech and detail guideline for the club to be more vibrant. |
